I would highly recommend Allstarz Pumping to anyone. Not only did they answer the phone, (which is a rarity in the septic business I've found.) But Steven the young man I spoke with was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to explain to me how a septic system works. I've lived on septic for 30 years, and no one has ever done that. He was able to get me on schedule the following day, and Ken was punctual, professional and equally informative. Septic System Heroes
It was a stormy rainy morning when my husband and I awoke in horror to our bathroom flooded with raw sewage! After trying the plunger in our backed up toilet, tub and shower, my husband went to the rental center to rent an electric snake, since a call to our local rooter plumbing company said they could not be here for 2 days. In desperation we called AllStarz pumping. Stephen arrived all the way from Santa Rosa within the hour. He used the electric snake and pumped our septic system as well, all in the pouring down rain - and our drains ran clear! He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Stephen and AllStarz pumping saved the day. Our heroes!

Great service! Our septic pump stopped working unbeknownst to us and wastewater backed up into our house! We found AllStarz on a google search and we were so grateful: they came out the same day! It was a hard job--a very full old septic tank and not easy to get to. Corey was amazing, very patient and skillful, and best of all-- a very pleasant person to interact with. The office person, Leann, was also very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!
